Birth control prescribing ( 30 min appt)

This service allows a pharmacist to prescribe birth control to qualified individuals.
This appointment will require a full 30 minutes

Smoking cessation services (30 min appt)
This service allows a pharmacist to prescribe smoking cessation products (Wellbutrin, Chantix,
nicotine patches, gum and lozenges)and offer much needed support during this trying time.

Blood pressure readings (10 min appt)

This services allows a pharmacist to administer blood pressure reading services with
appropriately and accurately.

Comprehensive medication review (15 min)
This allows a pharmacist to take a deep dive into a patient’s medication profile and make recommendations/alerts to patient/provider concerning any drug interactions, discontinuations and
other medication information necessary for.

Opiate risk assessment (15 min)
This allows a pharmacist to review new guidelines for opiate usage and other pain relief modalities.
Immunization review (15 min)
