Brooklyn Pharmacy terminating relationship with CVS/Caremark

Due to the continued "below cost " reimbursement from CVS/Caremark, Brooklyn Pharmacy will be ending its business relationship effective April 1, 2026.

CVS/Caremark is a vertically integrated company.  This means CVS/Caremark owns their own pharmacies and the insurance that reimburses pharmacies across the nation.  CVS controls how much they pay themselves and how much they pay other pharmacies. 

Please ask for a price quote of your medications.  Most generic medications are quite affordable without insurance.
If you choose or need to use another pharmacy, ask the other pharmacy to request a transfer of your medications.
